The joys of summer.

Ok so today was superb minus the absolute blistering heat, I think I sweated my own body weight today. We searched for a new bike for Murph ( I thought I'd be the only one superisingly) and then cycled to the lake where absolute everyone had six packs and looked like a model which is great confidence for an irish body. also every man here shaves everything isnt that weird?

Anyway we bought watermelons and bottled water and other fruit with water, and decided to then go swim in the water, isn't water lovely. It was perfect like the film "Summer Storm" minus the gay sex and rowing.

After much sun and water, we went back to Murph and Julia's for sushi, you can get sushi take-away here madness, it was a beautiful platter with a spectrum of all sorts of fish mmmmm, then we watched Germany's Next Top Model wth Heidi Klum, it was sooo commercialised and Katy Perry, Silversun Pickups and Kylie Minogue performed during the runways how strange any the last two girls in the final were shit and the girls who came third and fourth were the best but isnt that top model for you.

Lastly Ciaran arrives tomorrow yaaaaay, but now that means i've less privacy but more company so a bonus i guess,
today i learned vagina and cock in german and learned how to ask to take it from behind, also I taught Annemarie the word humongous and now she's running around the house saying HOOOMONGOOOUSSS like a disabled person, gosh I love her .

Tschüs meine lieblings.

Memoirs of a schwul in Berlin.

Ok so I've temporarily given up my life in Dublin to reside in Berlin for the summer, Annemarie has kindly allowed me to stay with her for a few weeks & Ciaran arrives this weekend , a few days later due to the fact his passport was robbed. I'm living in a cute apartment on the top floor in potsdam 20 minutes from Berlin city centre.

I'm completly in love with Germany and the language but the people talk so fast and every word is about 15 letters long. This is the first time in my life I'm truly lost in translation, I sit and smile and input any word I know, but with the help of Annemarie and co I should be proficient in no time. Annemarie introduced me to some of her friends yesterday at this cute barbeque and we got on perfectly, I'm looking forward to getting close with them.

Also I'm really missing the gang and the boyfriend a lot, but most of all I miss my Mum, I'm so used to seeing her every Sunday, but through the beauty of skype all that should change.
I'll post pics of my first few days here soon.

Tschüs.
